4. Recharge numbers and third-party operators

To complete top-up services, we may submit the recharge number, operator, product and order information to third-party recharge suppliers, operator interfaces or service partners.

5. USDT payment records

USDT-TRC20 payments are blockchain transactions. TxIDs, addresses and amounts may be publicly visible on-chain. We may retain transaction records for order verification, payment matching, exception handling, refunds, balance returns, financial reconciliation, tax and security risk control.

GlobeTopup will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, exchange password or verification code.
