GlobeTopup Legal

Terms of Service

Read the rules for GlobeTopup global airtime and data top-up services, orders, payments, refunds and accounts.

Last updated: 2026-06-30

1. Service description

GlobeTopup provides global mobile airtime and data top-up services, including mobile top-up, data top-up, operator product display, order lookup, balance-check guidance and online customer support.

GlobeTopup is not a telecom operator. Delivery may be affected by operators, suppliers, number status, interface maintenance and similar factors.

2. User accounts

Users must keep account information secure. Impersonation, mass-registration abuse, false orders, exploiting vulnerabilities, malicious refunds, attacks, money laundering, fraud and illegal activities are prohibited.

3. Order submission

Before submitting an order, users must confirm the recharge country, operator, number, product, amount and payment method. Incorrect numbers, countries or operators may cause failed top-ups or top-ups to the wrong number. Once a top-up is successfully delivered, it usually cannot be reversed or refunded.

4. Prices and exchange rates

Prices may change based on supplier cost, operator policy, exchange rates, network fees, promotions or market conditions. The order price shown at checkout applies. The platform may correct obvious pricing, product or system display errors.

5. USDT-TRC20 payment rules

  • Use only the network specified on the order page. Pay the exact order amount to the address shown on the order page.
  • Do not use the wrong network, old order addresses or non-order addresses. USDT blockchain transfers are irreversible.
  • Exceptions include wrong-network payments, amount mismatches, wrong addresses, missing or incorrect order submission, duplicate payments, payments after order timeout, high-risk or restricted addresses and unconfirmed on-chain transactions.
  • If an exception occurs, contact support with the order number and TxID. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee every abnormal transfer can be recovered or processed.

6. Top-up delivery

Delivery time depends on operators, suppliers, number status, product inventory, on-chain confirmation and risk review. Any displayed delivery time is for reference only and is not an absolute commitment.

7. Refunds, failed orders and balance returns

  • Virtual top-ups usually cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded once successful.
  • If a top-up fails or cannot be completed, the default handling is return to account balance.
  • If a user requests a USDT return to the original source, customer support must manually review it and on-chain fees may be borne by the user.
  • Refunds or balance returns may be handled when an order has not been processed and payment is confirmed, the operator or supplier confirms failure, the product is unavailable, duplicate charging or receiving occurs, or there is an obvious system error.
  • Refunds are usually not supported for successfully delivered wrong numbers, wrong countries or operators, wrong products, wrong-network payments that cannot be recovered, wrong addresses, personal change of mind, operator-confirmed delivery, or number restrictions where the operator does not support reversal.
  • These terms do not exclude mandatory rights users may have under applicable law.

8. Account balance, points and coupons

Account balance, points and coupons are generally usable only on the platform and are not withdrawable, transferable or exchangeable for cash or USDT unless campaign rules state otherwise. The platform may cancel rewards generated by self-invitation, multi-account abuse, mass registration, false transactions, malicious refunds or vulnerability abuse.

9. Invitation and promotion activities

Invitation activities are subject to activity page rules. Rewards may be withheld for same payment address, same or suspiciously similar device, suspected same person, multiple accounts topping up the same number, failed or disputed orders, fraud, arbitrage or abuse.

10. Prohibited uses

Using the platform for money laundering, scams, stolen-card activity, malicious payment testing, attacks, mass-registration abuse, vulnerability exploitation, infringement or illegal conduct is prohibited.

11. Risk control and manual review

Large orders, frequent orders, abnormal IP or devices, risky payment addresses, incomplete order information or suspected fraud may trigger manual review and processing delays.

12. Service availability

Maintenance, network failures, supplier failures, operator interface issues, blockchain congestion, force majeure, security incidents or legal requirements may delay or interrupt services.

13. Intellectual property

The website name, logo, page design, text, images, programs and data structures belong to the platform or relevant rights holders.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable beyond legal requirements for user input errors, wrong products, wrong networks or addresses, third-party operator or supplier failures, blockchain congestion, user device or wallet issues, or indirect losses.

15. Updates

These terms may be updated and the updated version will be published on the website.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms should be interpreted and enforced under applicable laws related to the platform operator's location and the user's location. The parties should first try to resolve disputes amicably; if unresolved, disputes will be handled under applicable law by a competent dispute resolution body.

These terms do not affect rights users have under mandatory consumer protection laws in their location.
