Refund and Payment Rules

1. Confirm before payment

• The recharge country is correct.
• The operator is correct.
• The recharge number is correct.
• The product and amount are correct.
• The payment network is USDT-TRC20.
• The payment amount matches the order amount.

2. USDT-TRC20 payment notes

• Pay only to the address shown on the order page and confirm the network is TRC20.
• Do not use ERC20, BEP20 or other networks unless the order page clearly supports them.
• Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Wrong networks or addresses may be unrecoverable.
• Save the TxID after payment.

3. Rules after successful top-up

• Airtime and data top-ups are virtual services.
• Once an operator confirms successful delivery, the top-up usually cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded.
• If the number is wrong but the top-up succeeds, refund is usually not possible.

4. Handling failed top-ups

• If the operator or supplier confirms failure, the platform defaults to returning funds to account balance.
• Account balance can be used for future top-ups.
• For USDT return to the original source, contact support for manual review.
• USDT refunds may incur on-chain fees, which may be borne by the user.

5. Abnormal payments

Amount mismatch, payment after order timeout, duplicate payment, wrong network, wrong address, direct payment without an order, unconfirmed on-chain transaction and high-risk address payment are abnormal payment cases. The platform will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee every abnormal payment can be recovered.
