A TxID or transaction hash comes from the blockchain and proves a USDT transfer was sent. The GlobeTopup order number tracks the platform top-up order.

Find the transfer in wallet history

Open the wallet USDT asset page or transaction history, find the transfer by time, amount, and address, then open details and copy Transaction Hash, Hash, or TxID.

Find the hash in exchange withdrawal records

If payment came from an exchange, open withdrawal history or funding records and find the USDT withdrawal. Exchanges usually show a hash, chain link, or withdrawal detail page.

Use a blockchain explorer to verify the transfer
