Before topping up, confirm that the SIM actually belongs to Smart. Prefixes are only hints; number portability, inactive SIMs, and product rules can affect the result.
- Check Smart App, SIM information, recent SMS, balance menus, or official support.
- Confirm the number is not from Globe, DITO.
- Check country, operator, phone number, and product again on the order page.
