Globe Top-Up Order Expired|Do Not Pay an Old Order Address

This guide focuses only on expired order handling instead of mixing it with normal top-up steps.

Last updated: 2026-07-18

Summary

After an order expires, do not keep paying old details. If unpaid, create a new order; if already paid, save transaction records and wait for review.

Detailed guide

Why a top-up order expires

USDT orders usually have a payment window to keep amount, address, and matching rules valid. After expiry, old details may not match automatically.

  • Use the expiry time shown on the order.
  • Amount may change later.
  • Do not keep using old address.

If unpaid, create a new order

If no transfer was sent, go back to the recharge page and create a new order with fresh amount, address, and expiry.

  • Do not use old screenshots.
  • Recheck number and product.
  • Pay the new order only.

If payment was sent after expiry

Do not send another transfer. Save TxID, payment time, amount, network, and order number for support matching review.

  • Keep wallet screenshot.
  • Do not delete transaction record.
  • Say that payment happened after expiry.

Do not add funds to the old address

Adding money to an expired order address can complicate review and does not guarantee recovery.

  • Do not top up the difference.
  • Do not repeat the same order payment.
  • Do not save old address as reusable.

Recheck price before ordering again

When creating a new order, product, amount, and payment details may change. Use the new order page.

  • Reconfirm product name.
  • Reconfirm USDT amount.
  • Check new expiry time.

Steps

  1. 1

    Check whether the order expired.

  2. 2

Create a new order if unpaid.

  3. 3

  4. 4

Do not pay the old address again while waiting for support review.

Notes

  • Do not use expired order amount or address.
  • Do not add another payment after late payment.
  • Pay the amount shown by the new order.
