Why a top-up order expires

USDT orders usually have a payment window to keep amount, address, and matching rules valid. After expiry, old details may not match automatically.

  • Amount may change later.
  • Do not keep using old address.

If unpaid, create a new order

If no transfer was sent, go back to the recharge page and create a new order with fresh amount, address, and expiry.

  • Do not use old screenshots.
  • Recheck number and product.
  • Pay the new order only.

If payment was sent after expiry

Do not send another transfer. Save TxID, payment time, amount, network, and order number for support matching review.

  • Keep wallet screenshot.
  • Do not delete transaction record.
  • Say that payment happened after expiry.

Do not add funds to the old address

Adding money to an expired order address can complicate review and does not guarantee recovery.

  • Do not top up the difference.
  • Do not repeat the same order payment.
